I want to share with you some female bodybuilder muscle tips that can help you be successful in this sport. A lot of women out there are very intimidated about going into this, let alone seeking help for it. It’s still pretty taboo for women to do this and it is sort of sad. The fact is that this is a male dominated sport and it can be quite difficult to find things that are tailored to the female genre. Most of the information works great for men because they produce a ton of testosterone, but as women, we don’t have that advantage. I’m going to show you some female bodybuilder tips that can help you out.
The first point I want to make is that the easiest thing you can do is get a good night of sleep. The main time that muscles grow is while you sleep, so obviously the easiest thing you can do is make sure you’re getting a full night of it. The reality is that people tend to cut down on sleep and that actually cuts down on results. I ended up doing a test on this. When I was consistently getting 9hrs a night, my kept improving week after week. When I went down to 6hrs a night, my results stagnated.
Another one of my female bodybuilder muscle tips is deadlifts. A lot of people at the gym avoid this exercise, but it has such amazing potential. It stimulates muscle growth all over because it is such a heavy load. Try doing this at least once a week.
